Message	second degree murder for shooting a suspect in back last year while trying to make an arrest. It was a lady in car in drive through window at Walgreens trying to pass a forged perscription. Walgreens called cops. This motorcycle cop shows up and parks his bike in front of the lady's car in the drive thru. He approaches from behind the car, she steps on the gas and moves forward hitting his bike. He shoots from behind killing her. He got fired from his job and indicted for second degree murder. The trial is coming up soon.
